I am gaining more and more project management/leader experience by driving different small but high priority projects from initiation to production. I love the Collaboratory side of this work and ensure the team(s) run as smooth as possible.

I am also driving the Community of Practice (CoP) for Robust Design in all of Grundfos. This work is very close to my technical heart and I am excited to kickstart the usage of Robust Design in Grundfos. Not just to harvest the benefits for Grundfos but also to increase the individuals joy of doing awesome design work in an easier and more fun way.

On the 'softer side' of this I am very engaged in company well-being initiatives like improving on and spreading awareness about psychological safety & inner development in general. This entails organizing round-table talks and go-home-meetings about the topic(s).

I am very involved in temperature measurement verification for a mixing control unit with integrated valve (MIXIT) and sensors where I mainly handle the sensor data analysis from various verification tests regarding temperature measurements.

Jan 2020 - Jan 2021: 
I have changed job focus towards sensor development. This suits my broad physical background and analytical nature well. One of the coolest things I have done so far is to script a tool to automatically visualize, evaluate and document sensor screening data. This has allowed the team to save time, streamline evaluation process and thus ensure a high quality in this screening process.

Oct 2018 - Dec 2019: 
I was responsible for the mechanical delivery to a small project in the Electronics Department. This was very much out of my comfort zone as an introvert, but it also meant that I grew quite a bit during this experience. This leading experience sharpened my execution skills and expanded my general project execution understanding. 

Aug 2016 - Sep 2018:
In my early days in the mechatronics department I worked on a lot of new skills to better contribute to the team. This involved: tolerance chains (Cpk etc.), Robust Design analysis, FEA, creating reliable 3D CAD models, tactile feedback analysis, dimensioning thread-forming screws in composite polymer and Geometric Product Specification.
