Your site isn’t failing SEO.
Your headings are.

After auditing hundreds of websites, this one heading structure mistake keeps killing rankings — especially homepages.

Here’s what I see again and again:

❌ The mistake (before)

1️⃣ Menu used as H4s (before H1)
 → Navigation is design, not content. H1 must come first.

2️⃣ Weak, generic H1
 → “We make you look confident” tells Google nothing about who, where, or what.

3️⃣ Hidden empty headings
 → Invisible on the page, but crawlers still read the errors.

4️⃣ No logical hierarchy
 → Procedures listed as H2s instead of clean H3s under one H2 section.

5️⃣ “About the Doctor” buried
 → Your strongest trust signal hidden at the bottom of the page.


✅ The fix (after):

1️⃣ Correct menu + H1 flow
 → Menu as paragraphs, H1 clearly defining the page’s purpose.

 → No empty headings. No fluff inside heading tags.

HTML headings are not design tools.

Your H1 = the page’s purpose.
 Abuse it, and Google gets confused.
