The company was looking to minimize risk and allow for every employee to know what is expected of them while they are within the workplace.

Created a mock system that would house the documents & fulfill the needs of Compensation, Managers, H. R., & VP's

Worked on an Officer Discretionary Pool Project that allowed proper disbursement & tracking of payment adjustments
