Sr. Business Manager

Responsible for managing territories in USA for sales of our Math Learning program for Elementary schools (K to 5). 
End-to-end ownership of key accounts in US (New Business, Renewals & Associated Accounts).
B2B and direct reach out to IT Directors, Math Curriculum Specialists, Principals for the budgets and approvals to close deals both at school and district level. 
Build pipeline of all opportunities through account research, lead generation, call and email campaigns.
Qualify and prospect customer leads from trials and marketing generated leads.
Prepare activity and forecast reports.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and engineering to drive sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Splash Math and it’s competitive positioning in the marketplace.

Sr. Inside Sales Manager

Moving opportunities through different stages and providing a realistic forecast for the monthly targets.
Transitioning prospects from a lead stage to a paid customer and being their Spoc during the evaluation phase.
Delivering demos and presentations to prospects and always being on top of competitor landscape and VWO’s unique positioning.
Strong capacity to adapt to evolving workflows, metrics and style of selling.
Focus on New Business MRR and also managing upgrades/renewals.

Worked in the Northern American and Latin America region and my basic responsibility was initiating first level contact with existing leads in the CRM through calls and emails.
Inbound leads + Outbound prospecting.
Demonstrating VWO’s value proposition to the prospects.
Convert MQLs to SQOs.
Following qualification process to find whether or not it’s a good business fit, and close deals up to a certain threshold.
