With a solid academic foundation—comprising a Bachelor of Technology, a Master of Technology, and further certifications in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and Strategic Management from the London School of Business Administration—I have cultivated a deep understanding of both technology and business landscapes.

My professional experience and research background span over a decade, beginning with my role in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), where I honed my skills in management and operations. Leveraging this experience, I transitioned into entrepreneurship and book writing, focusing on AI and business strategy.

•	From FW #25 -FW #50 increased enrollments by 16% over 2021 pace adding hundreds of thousands in tuition revenue. 
•	Negotiated radio advertising rates with 3 of the largest radio groups in Maine; Binnie Media, Townsquare Media and Portland Radio Group. 
•	Worked with radio station groups to provide monthly radio attribution reports to measure efficacy of radio spots, dayparts and frequency. 
•	Formed think tank of radio group executives to work collaboratively on NTI’s core differentiator and brought consistency in messaging to radio listener audiences across Maine and NH.
•	Promoted the Pathstone grant placing displaced farm and agricultural workers into NTI’s CDL-A course offering tuition free.
•	Negotiated and submitted draft agreement with EMERGE CAREER to pilot a program that could deliver over 100 enrollments annually in its CDL-A or B truck driver training program.  
•	Conducted radio interview on WGAN promoting NTI to their listenership. 
•	Negotiated social media and marketing rates with Townsquare Ignite to promote NTI’s program offering brand and non-nonbrand platforms such as Facebook, BING, Google Search, 
•	Created and branded the “Train Maine Initiative” supported by 7 radio stations broadcasting from Portsmouth, NH to Millinocket, Maine.  
•	Worked with city officials in Auburn and Lewiston to identify paved parking areas to expand NTI’s truck driver training footprint. Identified a total of 3 locations for CDL-A and B training.

•	Grew from 25 employees in one location (Auburn) to 325 sales and customer service agents and 25 operational staff in 2 locations (opened Augusta office 2002), and managed 5 direct reports (Directors of Sales, HR, Client Services, Quality Control, Customer Service).
