I am Jaideep Parashar, the founder, and director of ReThynk AI Innovation and Research Pvt Ltd, where we are Pioneering AI Future. My journey has been fueled by a relentless pursuit of excellence in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, technology innovation, and strategic business management.

With a solid academic foundation—comprising a Bachelor of Technology, a Master of Technology, and further certifications in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and Strategic Management from the London School of Business Administration—I have cultivated a deep understanding of both technology and business landscapes.

My professional experience and research background span over a decade, beginning with my role in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), where I honed my skills in management and operations. Leveraging this experience, I transitioned into entrepreneurship and book writing, focusing on AI and business strategy.

At ReThynk AI Innovation and Research Pvt Ltd, I lead a team dedicated to driving transformative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Our goal is to empower organizations to harness the power of AI to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

As an investor at Vista Liberata, I contribute to the strategic direction of a company that provides comprehensive branding solutions. Our mission is encapsulated in our tagline: Vista Liberata is your one-stop destination for all branding needs!

In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I am a passionate author with multiple publications that reflect my insights into career development, startup success, LinkedIn strategies, and AI-driven content creation. My books, available on Amazon, are designed to equip professionals with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-evolving business environment.

I am also deeply committed to personal growth. I maintain a disciplined routine of daily two-hour workouts and long-distance running. Over the past 15 years, I have read more than 1,000 books, ranging from business and management to human efficiency and science. My continuous quest for knowledge has recently led me to explore the stock market, where I am actively investing and learning.

The Phoenix Village Project

Along side my work within our Agency ASHA&Co, The Phoenix Village Project is a new not for profit social regeneration project I created a vision and master plan for in lockdown. It's now becoming a reality. It's a new home for disadvantaged young adults to give then hope, opportunity and inspiration. Its super exciting. We're createing a state-of-the-art community hub with carefully curated independent professional businesses that teach, train and mentor disenfranchised young adults, providing work opportunities and qualifications, as well as support and solutions for mental well-being and nutritional health.

The New Life Secondary School

1995: Co-founder of The New Life Secondary School. A much needed school in the district of Arusha in Tanzania - on the foot of Kilimanjaro. There now stands a secondary school with over 200 full time boarding students and still growing. Work begins this year on a new science lab.

Global creative director

Marksteen has gained an international reputation for being an inspiring creative strategist and problem solver, advising global companies, governments, countries and charities on brand strategy and brand behaviour. Marksteen was Global Creative Director of Interbrand and joint Director of its worldwide steering committee, building and overseeing the creative teams in London, Amsterdam and New York before making the move to set up ASHA in 2002.

He is a visiting D&AD college lecturer and conference speaker, writes articles, and is frequently on television and radio.

Marksteen’s award-winning work as Global Creative Director of Interbrand includes: ‘Welcome to Estonia’ (a unique brand identity project commissioned by the Estonian government to re-brand and re-position Estonia); the brand identity for PWC; the global brand refresh for Orange, and the multi-D&AD award-winning Niceday brand identity for WH Smith. He was also responsible for the re brand of the RaboBank in the Netherlands, The AA, Guinness Mahon Private Bank, and helping set up, brand and name the global movement – WeAreWhatWeDo.

The awards have continued for his agency and more recently ASHA was ranked in Design Week’s Top 100 as one of the most awarded agencies in the UK.

As well as overseeing all creative work, brand strategy, innovation and driving the business direction and social objectives of Agency ASHA, Marksteen also has personal projects he works on in-between clients and family commitments. Some of these include:

The Stations - project tracing the emotional journey of refugees and creating significant engagement with public, education, businesses and Government and was instrumental in saving un accompanied minors trapped in Calais 

PEEL - A study of Identity. Enabling young people (and old) explore who they are through poetry and photography with significant positive mental well-being benefits and results.

The Sober Parrot - alcohol free venue in Cheltenham.
