I am Jaideep Parashar, the founder, and director of ReThynk AI Innovation and Research Pvt Ltd, where we are Pioneering AI Future. My journey has been fueled by a relentless pursuit of excellence in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, technology innovation, and strategic business management.

With a solid academic foundation—comprising a Bachelor of Technology, a Master of Technology, and further certifications in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and Strategic Management from the London School of Business Administration—I have cultivated a deep understanding of both technology and business landscapes.

My professional experience and research background span over a decade, beginning with my role in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), where I honed my skills in management and operations. Leveraging this experience, I transitioned into entrepreneurship and book writing, focusing on AI and business strategy.

At ReThynk AI Innovation and Research Pvt Ltd, I lead a team dedicated to driving transformative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Our goal is to empower organizations to harness the power of AI to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

As an investor at Vista Liberata, I contribute to the strategic direction of a company that provides comprehensive branding solutions. Our mission is encapsulated in our tagline: Vista Liberata is your one-stop destination for all branding needs!

In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I am a passionate author with multiple publications that reflect my insights into career development, startup success, LinkedIn strategies, and AI-driven content creation. I am also deeply committed to personal growth. I maintain a disciplined routine of daily two-hour workouts and long-distance running. Over the past 15 years, I have read more than 1,000 books, ranging from business and management to human efficiency and science. My continuous quest for knowledge has recently led me to explore the stock market, where I am actively investing and learning.

For over 15 years I have been working with Retailers, Landlords, Designers and Delivery teams to create outstanding store experiences. Driving innovation, value & sustainability benefits for clients & stakeholders are key components of my mission. 

In November 2020, I led the Woolworths Design Team to create the store environment for Metro Park Sydney, Erskineville which was featured on the “Top 50 stores you wished you could have visited in 2020” published by IGD. Following the success of the concept store, I have been working across teams to distil the DNA of the Park Sydney experience and develop value-engineered formats for rollout. Stakeholder management and negotiation skills are important communication levers in my commitment to deliver high quality results. Over the years I have created and led teams to launch numerous style guides, manuals and Blueprints for improved speed, accuracy, and efficiency. These include entire precincts within shopping centres and store formats for Woolworths, which has been accelerated by adopting Agile methodology. 
 
I attribute my ability to shape high performing, trusting and collaborative teams to my leadership style of caring personally, challenging directly and always remaining inquisitive. This year, I have dedicated time to mentoring team members from various departments to help expand and enrich individual’s knowledge, skills and confidence.
