I helped build the fastest growing company with physical space of our decade WeWork by opening 7 new markets, overseeing 10,000+ business and leading 120+ people in the community teams.  

Sitting front row and being exposed to thousands of businesses operations from small to larger corporations, I also had the privilege of being backstage of what it takes to not only become a game changer but to also build at scale, fast and more importantly, the mistakes to avoid to go from a “nobody knows what you are doing” company to a $47 Billion valuation to a spectacular implement making it now still be valued at an impressive market value of $4 billion. 


+ Orchestrated and planned the opening of 5 locations in 4 new markets in the interval of 10 months: Johannesburg (2 locations,  avg. 2000+ members), Cape Town (1, avg. 900+ members), Abu Dhabi (1 location, 1400+ members) and Dubai (1 location, 1300+ members) locations.  
+ Led cross functional and cross-cultural teams of 35+, including on-boarding and support of 2 regional general managers.  
+ Selected among top 20 EMEA talent in company to attend one-week DataCult training (data analysis, visuals, coding 101) and won the WorkForce challenge “missing over $22M of revenue per year due to poor planning of our workforce needs.”   
+ Opened company’s first African locations under a new model structure of revenue share agreements with Redefine and our first Middle Eastern locations under management agreements with main stakeholders Mubadala and DWTC.

Over the last decade, I have had the privilege of living and working in 6 different countries. 

In my time working for others,  I have gained the conviction that community plays a major role in defining how business is done and that there is an extreme amount of untapped value in transforming physical spaces to sustain those communities. We are just beginning to scratch the surface of what it entails to run a business that is conscious of this perspective, the communities they serve and the impacts it will have on all fields. 

With that in mind,  I launched my own community agency focused on real-life experiences and shared spaces: Grounded Innovation. As the name indicates, I am a fusionist.
