Over the last 4 years, I have talked to young creatives. 3-4 Internships slapped on their CV, but clearly nobody mentored them as they should have been.

What follows is a 6-8 month period for them to 'unlearn' this.

The rush of landing an Internship becomes a race to the bottom. Promising young creatives say yes to any company that has the word "Agency" attached to it.

A "fast-paced environment" seems cool at first.

But most agencies exploit these talented folks just to move the needle.

We recently partnered with Suril Sarvaiya to build Nutripro, a modern & dynamic kitchen appliance brand that takes pride in the simple things it does well.

Apart from improving ones lifestyle, Nutripro evokes a sense of confidence in the new-age Indian consumer who is living alone for the first time... Imagine someone headed to their first job in a new city or a college dorm which they now call home. 🌎⚡️
