- Generated monthly sub-style performance report to rank outperformance for > 600 investment funds, then developed Excel heat maps to visually represent data, for use in quarterly performance reporting.
- Performed ad-hoc analysis for platform rationalization, sector attribution charts, relative portfolio weights, tracking error, and variance to produce insights and help internal senior analysts prepare for manager meetings on a quarterly basis.

- Researched and analyzed quarterly performance of 6 core investment funds on PNC’s platform along with industry trends and market volatility, to provide 30+ asset allocation recommendations to investment managers.
- Construct, maintain, and distribute detailed materials on portfolios for 3 financial advisors, and built out diversified asset allocations using performance-reporting tool, which led to a strong understanding of portfolio and relationship dynamics. 
- Designed annual investment strategy calendar, providing 400 wealth management advisors with 120 client outreach opportunities, and enhanced overall market AUM growth.

- Supported company-wide transition of private client management operations from legacy system to Salesforce by providing comprehensive support throughout the migration process, validating the accuracy of client records, and educating 30+ financial advisors on how to use Salesforce to document leads, opportunities, and client outreach.
- Developed Salesforce dashboard with visual charts to monitor monthly sales performance by market, track financial advisors’ progress towards annual sales goals, and provide up-to-date monthly AUM and deposit figures, which empowered my managing director to confidently present these insights in monthly executive meetings.

Me: I don't know but I'll figure it out.

Day 5/100 — Business Diaries

None of my business dreams actually came to fruition in high school or college, but the thought never went away:

- I saw both my parents start businesses of their own 
- I was OBSESSED with Shark Tank 
- I was involved with FBLA and helped start up a Blue Ocean Entrepreneurship Competition.

But I had 3 main problems:

➡️ 1. I didn’t have any creative ideas or unique talents.
➡️ 2. I didn’t have an invention that could solve people’s problems
➡️ 3. I had no confidence in myself

So in college, I studied finance. I learned a ton and I knew it would help me secure a job after college. Money gives you options.

When I graduated in 2020, I started my job in finance.
This was also the time TikTok started going viral in 2020.

So I hopped on and started making videos out of boredom, not expecting much from it. 

I thought it was cool that you could make a video without a professional camera. I could just use my iPhone!

I kept going, got really into it, making three videos per day for three years, and found some mentors who were making a real difference in the world (like Jake Goodman, MD, MBA), and using social media to grow their businesses and help the younger generation.

And I did the same.. I found my "unique skill" to be being real on the internet and using my own personal experiences to help people... 

I talked about: 

- Building habits and morning routines
- Figuring out how my brain works (ADHD)
- Awareness for mental health

This eventually led me to transitioning my career from finance to marketing.

But not the marketing you're thinking of.

Marketing that involves: 

✅ Understanding human behavior
✅ Building relationships
✅ Using empathy to understand what people actually want to hear about.

So if you’re in college or you’re younger and reading this, you have an edge.

Your ability to use and implement AI, make your Tiktoks, willingness to learn. That is your edge. 

And you can use it to really help businesses.
