I am a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. I have more than 10 years of experience in accounting & finance industry. The first 4 years of my work experience were in the field of statutory audits, internal auditing, due diligence, tax audits & limited reviews of listed and public entities. This is where I learnt and gathered experience in the assurance field. The next 4 years, I got introduced to the world of process improvements and technology. I was part of process reviews, internal financial control reviews, functional ERP implementations like Business Central, SAP BYD, SAP Business One, Oracle Fusion, Zoho, QBO, Xero and more. I have also had the chance to be a functional partner in implementing automations in the areas of Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Hire to Retire (H2R) and more. I further did my stints in areas of outsourced Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Virtual CFO, FP&A and preparing board decks.

Few years back, I had a chance to be a part of turnkey projects around accounts offshoring, setting up shared service centre and setting up Finance Centre of Excellence (FCOE). This is where I saw a major potential in the quality of service being delivered out of these offshore centres in Asia. This is when I made it a mission to help accounting, bookkeeping & CPA firms to help and scale their business through best in class offshore accounting practices.

Bookkeeping & Accounting firms owners usually are lost in routine and mundane tasks of client service delivery and execution. Further, the problems and costs associated to payroll is something that everyone is well aware of. Thus, owners barely get time to focus on strategy and execution. Further, many have also burnt their hands in offshoring & outsourcing. While offshoring is just 10% answer to the problem, offshoring the right way is the 90% to it.
