I want to tell the person that took a part-time job to make ends meet that I’m proud of you.

I want to tell the person that got a rejection email today but kept applying anyway that I’m proud of you.

I want to tell the person that didn’t want to get out of bed this morning but still got up that I’m proud of you.

And I want to tell the person who decided to rest today and take a “me” day that I’m proud of you too.

You are doing more than you think, and it’s important that you recognize that.

Sometimes we believe God isn’t moving in our lives because we can’t see anything changing, but not everything God is doing will be visible. He may be working behind the scenes, aligning people, removing obstacles, and preparing opportunities you can’t see yet.

Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean He isn’t working.

So if today feels heavy, if things aren’t happening as quickly as you hoped, or if you feel like you’re stuck in the waiting season, I want you to remember this:

Your effort matters. Your faith matters. Your perseverance is not going unnoticed.
