Achievements:
► After only 9 months since I've joined TIQ, have already surpassed both the Export IGO's (167%) and Export Outcomes (160%) targets for the Mining area for this FY21-22. 
► After only 6 months into FY22-23, have already surpassed the Export Outcomes yearly target, and by FY end, have delivered historical outcomes, never seen before in the region for my area (Mining).
► After less than 5 months into FY23-24, have already surpassed the Export Outcomes yearly target for my area (Mining), also surpassing the total Export Outcomes delivered last FY, achieving a new historical record for TIQ Latin America MRE area with 41 Export Outcomes, 40% more than the previous year.

Immersive Technologies

Managing all commercial activities for the Brazilian and northern South America mining market ($6b) plus all related educational initiatives, including mining equipment simulators, conversion kits, and support contracts. Directing business activities, I design effective strategies to optimize sales and maximize profitability of Advanced Equipment Simulators, liaising between commercial and internal stakeholders. I also prepare technical solutions, identifying customer needs and analyzing financial capacity. I manage existing accounts and win new business as the primary point of contact. 

Selected Contributions:
► 	Won and lead the solution implementation for the first Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) Training Centre in Brazil   
► 	I was invited to present at the "Vacinas Web" to a group of more than a 120 Brazilian Professionals and Students. The Vaccines are an initiative of UNIFESSPA and VALE to share valuable knowledge with the new generations of engineers that are being formed at Brazilian Universities, and also with Brazilian Mining Professionals.
►       Won Immersive Technologies “Outstanding Achievement Award” for best presentation at the Global Sales and Advisor Conference (Bali, 2018).
► 	Successfully negotiated major tender in Brazil with one of world's major mining companies,  resulting in first multiple simulator sale in Brazil, generating more than $3m in revenue.
► 	Closed deal for first underground simulator and virtual reality (VR) system sold in South America (2015/16).
► 	Earned the CEO award for “Highest Achievement Against Plan” for 2014/15.
► 	Prepared custom-tailored simulation for world’s largest iron ore truckless project in collaboration with VALE S11D Mine Implementation Team.

Bombardier Transportation

Head of the successful start up and implementation of the Chilean operation of Bombardier Transportation, Systems Division. P&L, BD, and operations responsible, leading a multidisciplinary team in charge of preparing tenders (Proposal, Technical & Legal).

Achievements:
► Positioned Bombardier as a valid alternative for Railway Projects in Chile.
► Started up the first Bombardier Transportation Systems operation in Chile.
► Created strategic alliances with other reputed companies to be able to provide a full scope of services for market related bids involving $400M+ budget. 
► Developed an extensive network of contacts among Governmental, Political & Technical entities.

Director Sales & Business Development Chile

In charge of the Brazilian Mining Market development for sales, service, and engineering applications of Advanced Equipment Simulators (OHT, WL, TD, etc.). 

Achievements: 
► Successfully regained all our existing Customers.
► Achieved several Customer Support Packages renewals with a TCV of more than $2.3M.
► Did the first product sales in Brazil, after 3 years without this type of sales in the region.

Responsible of all Commercial and Marketing aspects of ITT W&WW in Chile. Areas under my supervision were: Sales (Flygt - Lowara - Goulds), Monitoring & Control, and Rentals, with 18+ people as direct reports. 

Achievements:
► Successfully achieved and surpassed all sales targets for 2009 ($7M), despite the worldwide economic crisis.
► Team leader of 2009 Flygt N Series Pump worldwide sales tournament winners.
► Expanded the operation to Antofagasta & Concepción, and also responsible for ITT W&WW commercial channel expansion through Sales Reps. in other Regions in Chile, like MAISVER in the 5th Region.
► Key Team player in the company's reconstruction after Chile's 2010 major earthquake.

► Created the first SKC used equipment catalog.

Initiated the Chilean operation of GEER from scratch. P&L responsible for the Chilean Temporary Power Rentals Operation, in charge of all Operational and Commercial aspects, leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team of 25+ people as direct reports (sales, technical service, & administration/finance). From start up until GE Energy Rentals (GEER) was successfully sold to Aggreko globally. 

Achievements:
► Quickly positioned the company as one of the two top temporary power rental companies in the chilean market.  
► Consistently increased revenue by double digits percentages annually, positioning the chilean operation as one of the two most profitable operations of GEER worldwide.
► Successfully implemented GE's "Environment, Health & Safety" (EHS)  working culture, protecting our most valued asset, "Our People". 
► Opened two branches to increase our coverage in Chile, one in Antofagasta and one in Puerto Montt, managing and accomplishing all GE strict EHS requirements. 
► Ranked Top Talent (Top 20%) for 4 consecutive years (GE Vitality Curve)
