Customer Success and technology leader with 8+ years building and scaling post‑sales teams across AI, healthtech, and B2B SaaS. I specialise in turning complex technology into measurable customer value, leading teams that drive adoption, expansion, and strong NRR at enterprise scale.

As Director of Customer Success at Mind Data, I built CS operations from zero for an AI‑driven mental health analytics platform, partnering with clinicians and data teams to prove outcomes, not just usage. Before that, I led Customer Success at Clear Review and One Advanced, managing £3M–£5M+ ARR portfolios, achieving 115% NRR and 95%+ retention, and designing scalable playbooks, QBR frameworks, and health scoring models used through to a £27.5M acquisition.

I enjoy working at the intersection of technology, data, and customer teams: coaching CSMs, shaping roadmaps with engineering, and helping senior stakeholders make ROI‑driven decisions. My focus is building CS organisations that are both highly empathetic and highly analytical, able to speak the language of users and CFOs in the same conversation.
