I’ve deposed over 300 doctors and mental health providers, diving into medical and psychological concepts at their level.

I transferred that skill set, along with years of solving problems for clients, into the wellness and personal growth space.

I applied my analytical skills, the same I use to dissect real-world medical and psychological concepts, to pick apart the science behind personal development.

I crafted not just medical solutions (through the doctors we contracted with) but also systemized, actionable, personal growth training for our patients.

And we didn’t just aim to restore patients to an average level of health...

Not because I needed new wisdom, but because sometimes we need reminders, not reinvention.

Fear still shows up.
Before a big decision.
Before a conversation that matters.
Before stepping into a new chapter.

But courage shows up too, quietly, consistently, and often without applause.

Here are 7 things I remind myself when fear tries to lead the way:

1. Fear is information
    Ask: What is this feeling trying to tell me?

2. Your body reacts before your confidence does
    Breathe first, act second.

3. Courage is built through repetition
    Do the small scary thing today.

4. You don’t need certainty to move
    Take one clear step, not ten perfect ones.

5. Fear grows in silence
    Say it out loud; name it, shrink it.

6. You’ve survived every difficult moment so far
    Evidence beats emotion.

7. Momentum builds self-belief

I used to think leadership meant having all the answers.

When I first thought about moving into tech, I hesitated.
