I’m leading a confidential search for a Controller to step into a major player in the Construction/AEC space here in NoVa.

This isn't a "maintenance" role; it’s a leadership seat for someone who understands the high-stakes financial mechanics of the construction world.

The Setup: We are looking for a heavy hitter who can hit the ground running. My client is open to two structures:
Fractional: ~30+ hours/week (Immediate start preferred).
