My journey to leadership wasn't straightforward. Early in my career, I learned the hard way that authority doesn't come from a title; it comes from genuinely understanding and connecting with your team. 

I've got an interesting background:
-launched four startups
-former CEO of Power Automedia
-former Chairman of the Specialty Equipment Manufacturing Association
-Earned two national championships in auto racing
-Earned two youth football championships as a head coach

I'm married to my amazing wife Melissa, and father to three kids–Bradley, Jordan and Taylor. 

When I'm not leading our team at Happy or spending time with my family, you'll find me:

Written and produced content based on project requirements (graphics/layout, photo/video, captions, etc.) for leading multinational brands like Burger King, Gillette, Safeguard (soap), and Anchor (milk). Managed the creation of creative and promotional materials from end to end. Ensured that all copies in both English and local language were of high quality (i.e. grammatically sound) across all campaigns and interfaces. Maintained consistency of brand tone and quality across all interfaces and platforms.

Managed the operations of Technical, Sales, and Customer Support Services Groups composed of 12 Team Captains and 120+ Support Agents during assigned shifts and ensured attainment of the KPIs. Provided management presence and support to production activities of product support teams to hit real-time metrics of internal and client targets. Identified support requirements from HR, Training, QA, IT, and Finance and requests such on a specified timetable to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the program. Conducted daily, weekly, and monthly production reports against call traffic and provided feedback to superiors and team leaders regarding areas that improved productivity and procedures. Implemented operating policies and Code of Discipline by ensuring proper dissemination of information, issuing memorandum, reminders, and notices/sanctions; provided feedback on non-compliance to concerned parties, and took corrective actions as needed to maintain harmony and good order within the company.
