Flexibility in creating our custom solutions has been a staple in our approach. During our own growth, we recognized that the traditional fulfillment models for recruiting service are deeply flawed. 

Contingent Search is expensive and the two-sided lack of commitment often yields poor results. Recruitment Process Outsourcing suffers from poor fulfillment; flat-rate service means providers have no skin in the game to maximize the end result. And traditional Executive Retained Search is exorbitantly overpriced, tone-deaf to the modern world of freely available data.

Advised company leadership on talent strategy and processes for hiring goal attainment, with regular interaction up to C-level. 
*Built and managed team of 6 TA professionals, providing ongoing training, problem-solving support, and coaching.
*Partnered with peer global TA leaders to analyze and provide input on processes and structures (team compensation structure, referral management, recruitment marketing, ATS evaluation, etc.). 
*Researched and engaged external resources to supplement sourcing activity, including negotiation with and management of agencies and executive search firms.

*Acted as key advisor and evangelist in creation and development of upgraded, data-driven global Sales talent evaluation strategy and process. Delivered training for senior-level staff and partnered with hiring managers on best practices. 
*Generated a variety of complex reports and metrics analysis for senior leadership including the C-suite.

*Managed full lifecycle recruiting at global headquarters. Areas supported included Product Management, Actuarial, and Claims. Effectively managed an average workload of 25-50 open positions. 
*Worked to meet established staffing metrics per the assigned business unit or functions. 
*Provided insightful analysis of reports and made recommendations for improvements.
