Contingent Search is expensive and the two-sided lack of commitment often yields poor results. Recruitment Process Outsourcing suffers from poor fulfillment; flat-rate service means providers have no skin in the game to maximize the end result. And traditional Executive Retained Search is exorbitantly overpriced, tone-deaf to the modern world of freely available data.

Responsible for developing relationships with accounting and finance professionals at companies across the Chicagoland area.  My goal is to be a trusted advisor with my clients providing them with a high level of expertise and insight as it relates to workforce solutions.  Conversely, I assist accounting and finance professionals in their career transitions by ensuring the right match is made for both the customer and the candidate the first time.  I provide guidance to customers and candidates on the current state of the employment market as it relates to supply and demand, compensation trends and skill gaps in order to set realistic expectations.  
We work with every business whether small, midsized or Fortune 100 providing talent in accounting and finance departments.  Our customizable delivery options allow us to meet the demands of our clients without sacrificing quality in positions ranging from AP/AR processors all the way up to Corporate Controllers.
