At trivago, not only did I craft the strategy for SEM in AU&NZ, I worked hands-on with daily performance monitoring of 5+ million keywords, search term analysis, ad creation & testing, optimization of trivago's SEM campaigns, in-depth analysis of users' online hotel search behaviour, optimisation of booking conversion, SEO performance monitoring & analysis.

In charge of brand marketing for trivago India & Hong Kong. I analyzed and optimized trivago's TV advertising campaign performance in India and Hong Kong based on the company's main KPIs. I conducted media planning, performance monitoring, performance forecasting & budgeting, purchasing & negotiating advertising prices and contract details with media inventory providers, maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with TV Networks & agencies.

Along with the head-marketing executive, I created a unique customer touch point framework that the company continues to utilize to implement marketing projects. I presented my results to the CEO and various stakeholders of the company and received excellent reviews for my work.

I designed and conducted a research project measuring the sales potential vis-a-vis the sales success of eight regional Canon Business Centres in Finland. I successfully completed the task within the tight schedule of six weeks requiring a high level of commitment and excellent time management skills. In addition, I designed, supervised and implemented a new credit collection data management process for the company. At Trivago & with clients of Futurice, I have demonstrated my ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments, all the way from grass-roots to C-level, negotiating new service and go-to-market strategies with stakeholders & clients inside and outside of their organisations. Finding common ground and mutually beneficial conditions with media inventory providers, for example, requires exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build and maintain relationships under pressure.
