Add new key accounts, control the ageing , monitor day to day operations and vendor management, quality control and above all see to it that all the stake holders are delighted with our company and its performance.  Take the company to the next level of growth via business increase and excellence in service delivery to existing as well as new clients. Make FIRST CARS the first choice of our clients for any of their transportation requirements. Also set up the REVV Self Drive unit for Pune successfully.

When I joined carzonrent , it was in a deep crisis situation in Pune since my predecessor had left the company with the entire team and on the day of joining I started getting resignations from remaining few. I built a new team within 15 days time, organised the Pune Location and branch , met all the existing customers , retained them , increased the Key account base aggressively with the help of my new sales team, streamlined the operations with improvement in the processes Locally without interference from our H.O . My personal experience in Sales, Operations , Collections and CRM till now helped me play an all rounder role in this new capacity. We also increased the branch revenue from 35 Lacs per month average to 63 Lacs Per Month on an average subsequently and step by step after these two years. I could add to the fleet strength from 48 cars to 150 cars within a year ..i.e. almost trippled the fleet capacity ( Vendor Addition and Management  s) . Post my joining we could add over 50 New Key accounts to our branch portfolio which helped us increase the sales revenue of the base location.

Core team member in Building this Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Was amongst the first 3 employees hired for the set up of Autorent brand. Initially posted in West Province and then given additional charge of Central Province. Was instrumental in Setting up the Branch office, hiring team, training them and also helped the Service Manager based out of Dubai our H.O in setting up of our first workshop in Riyadh. Signed up many key accounts in Jeddah and Riyadh with Trans Telecom deal being the highest deal of 1000 cars with Fleet team member of GAA. Signed up other clients like Kudu,Burger King, Cityscapes , Saudi Oger etc. Got an opportunity to know how to set up a new location in a Foreign country. Increased fleet from 25 cars to 1800 cars in just One Year.

Hanco was my first overseas assignment. I could learn many things like Arabic, working with multinationals, high pressure and strict law country , get work done from decision makers who are locals and overcame many barriers. I worked in Jeddah, Yanbu , Madinah. Handled Sales through 5 Outlets in Yanbu assisting the Branch head and a fleet of 1000 cars. Was transferred to Madinah to handle a fleet of 800 Cars of CRD and lease. Resolved a critical and old outstanding with SABIC and got it down from 1.5 Million Saudi Riyal to 0.3 Million SR. Added new accounts aggressively. Retained existing accounts and did cross selling. Learned many international business, operationa , sales techniques which would help me in my career.
