I’ve built and exited a start-up business and been part of the growth of early-stage British SaaS companies like Huddle as well as the unique environment of hypergrowth companies like Linkedin where I was a top EMEA performer and President Club Winner

I know what it takes to build teams, own territory, build pipeline and win business across multiple functions and geographies with a consultative and strategic approach. 

Over 7 years I consulted companies via Sales Confidence like Salesloft, Zoominfo, Gong, 6Sense, Demandbase, Cognism, SimilarWeb and many others build brand awareness, land sales hires at all levels and grow their revenue in the UK and EMEA.

I spent years speaking with candidates and hiring managers about the UK talent market. Now I help them unlock world-class talent overseas (South Africa &amp; the Philippines) 🌍My role is all about acquiring new logos, and in a startup that means owning more than my job title. I manage the full E2E sales process: sourcing accounts, building outbound engines, running discovery, navigating objections, negotiating terms and onboarding new clients. All the fun stuff.Outside of work you’ll find me on a padel court, eating my bodyweight in pastries, or exploring whatever country I’m currently calling home 🗺️

Two weeks off and it was exactly what I needed.

A few highlights...
🇨🇿 Travelled to Prague, ate my bodyweight in koláče. 
🎯 Shot rifles for the first time (realised my girlfriends got a killer shot)
👶🏼 Met my niece for the first time. Instant perspective shift.
👴🏼 Watched my Granda turn 90. That one stays with you.
🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Proper catch-ups with friends.
🤍 Quality time with the other half.
🐕‍🦺 Looked after a friends dog. 
🫀 Let my body properly rest.

Coming into 2026 with the same mindset... Less adding. More refining.

I’m not running a page full of goals, just two...

1. Increase my earnings while prioritising communication development.
Being an effective communicator is and always will be one of the highest-leverage skills imo.

2. Completely pain-free in my lower back while building a body that performs in padel. 
I love with the game and it breaks up a week of sale nicely.

They'll break down into smaller OKR's but that’s it.

I’m proud of what I built in 2025.
Grateful for the people I’ve met.

Now it’s about letting the compound effect do its thing.

Most of the founders I’ve spoken with the past 2 weeks have come off the back of strong Q4’s... 

Now they’re picking up signals in their market that’s giving them real confidence.

A few patterns I’m hearing from Founders about where things are headed ⬇️

- Double down on what’s working, not wasting time trying to optimise the stuff that doesn’t. 

- Simplfiy tech… what’s noise / signal

- Better time leverage… how can we give our top billers more time back to get to the next level. How offshoring can help.

- Training… reinvesting unused tech budget into real skill development. 

- Sector relevant content… supporting teams to build their own brands. 


Momentum is building 📈

Do you prefer your sales teams to run their calls from their desk or calling booths?

At the start of the year I set an intention to run all my sales calls from my desk.

I’ve been thinking about little things that can move the needle on winrates (not big changes, small behaviours). This was one! 

A lot of us can default to using phone booths or empty rooms...

And in my cowork it can be so quiet, so taking runnings calls can be strange. And my neighbour Axel Vincent even gave me my fair share of death stares (engineers, eh?) 😂

Although I'm way more relaexed at my desk.
I can stand.
My energys 10x better.
I feel more present in the conversation.

Looking back to my recruitment days, I’d always duck into an empty room because I didn’t want people to hear me.  In hindsight, stupid..

When no one can hear,  it's impossible to gain feedback.
And without feedback, improvement is slower than it needs to be.

Being around people while you’re on calls is uncomfortable short term. But the upside is massive.

Beyond teammates giving feedback, you learn to own your voice and your space and it's your area where you’re in control.

If you find yourself jumping into booths for calls, try break the pattern.
