I grew my lead gen agency to 1M ARR when I started taking LinkedIn seriously.

Before that, I was just another agency founder grinding on cold email alone.

This is what happened: ⤵

I was running a successful lead gen agency doing 20K MRR.

We were good at cold email. We knew our targeting. Our copy was solid.

But we hit a ceiling.

Then I started posting on LinkedIn consistently.

Not because I loved it. Because I saw the data.

Every time a prospect received our cold email, they checked LinkedIn before replying.

And what did they find?

An empty profile that showed "just another salesperson."

So I made a decision:

→ Post 3-5 valuable insights every week
→ Share what was actually working in lead gen
→ Build real authority in public

The results were immediate.

Same cold email campaigns. Same targeting. Same copy.

But response rates jumped 3x.

Why?

Because prospects weren't responding to a stranger anymore.

They were responding to someone they'd already seen providing value.

Here's what happened over 12 months:

→ Grew from 2K to 17K followers
→ Agency scaled from 20K to 80K MRR
→ Cold email performance doubled
→ Inbound leads started coming in
→ We became the obvious choice in our space

LinkedIn became a credibility multiplier.
