Who is your ideal customer?

Not who could use your product. Not who might pay you. Who is the perfect fit that will get the most value and stay the longest.

When I scaled my lead gen agency to 7-figures, defining our ICP changed everything. We stopped chasing everyone and started winning the right people.

Here's how to define yours:

→ Identify your best current customers
Look at who pays on time, gets results, and refers others.

→ Layer in firmographic data
Company size, industry, location, revenue range.

→ Add behavioral traits
Are they active on LinkedIn? Do they attend industry events? What tools do they use?

→ Define their pain points
What keeps them up at night? What problem are you solving?

→ Test and refine
Your ICP isn't static. Revisit it every quarter based on who actually converts and succeeds.

China’s new AI powered capsule is transforming gastric exams by allowing patients to simply swallow a small device and complete the entire screening in about eight minutes. Inside the capsule, advanced imaging and intelligent analysis work together to scan the stomach without the need for anesthesia, endoscopic tubes, or lengthy preparation.

This shift is making gastric screening far more accessible. Priced under two hundred eighty dollars, the technology is rapidly entering hospitals and expanding access to non invasive diagnostics for people who might otherwise avoid traditional procedures.

As adoption rises, experts anticipate faster results, shorter clinic visits, and earlier detection of potential issues. More importantly, this approach could pave the way for routine, population wide screenings that are easier, safer, and significantly more comfortable for patients.
