I was responsible for developing product positioning, informing product development strategy, conducting market research, developing go-to-market and pipeline growth strategies, creating sales and marketing content, and driving sales enablement efforts.

Let's face it - getting people to think about finances, let alone their 401k, is hard. I was part of an agile marketing incubation team tasked with peeling away the many onion-y layers of our target markets to move customers out of inertia and into a decision-making state. 

Major Accomplishments Include:
*Bringing in ethnographic methodology to design and test the company's most successful enrollment campaign. 
*Developing an audience insight project that included shadowing customers and prospects, creating customer profiles, writing case studies, and rolling out an internal communications plan.
