Dot Property

Part of my role at Dot Property was to manage real estate agent and developer client accounts and identifying up-sell opportunities. 

Solving problems in a quick and efficient manner either for users or clients. I worked closely with the IT team on daily basis identifying issues on the website and testing new updates.

I was also involved with the production and distribution of Thailand Property Magazine (10,000 copies nation wide). I did weekly research and put together ideas for our blog and news. This was combined into a weekly online newsletter which I sent out on weekly basis to over 100,00 people on our data base. 

Big part of my job was to manage all English social media channels and marketing - Facebook with over 100,000 likes, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. I was in charge of our marketing calendar for our clients which involved scheduled social media posts and personalized email marketing blasts on daily/weekly basis. 

Other duties included booking travel, various research and projects done for the CEO and MD of the company, general admin, sales and marketing support.

As a volunteer worker for Jungle Aid, previously known as Connect3E, I was responsible for collecting donations in the form of food, money, clothes, toys etc. I was also involved with documenting the trips to the remote villages through photography. On each trip we went to a different village on the border of Burma and Thailand bringing donations such as food, water, clothes, toys, books and also basic medical care provided by a certified nurse.  During my time with the organization I also organized a photo exhibition to raise funds and awareness of the charity.
