- Onboarded high-profile creators like Merijn (230k followers), Marc Klok (2M followers), and Allie Sherlock (2.3M followers).

- Conducted 90+ product/market fit validation interviews, driving product-led growth strategies.

- Developed guides, playbooks, and automations, reducing customer support tickets by 60%.

Ventured into an early-stage pre-seed startup together with the two co-founders of Fangage, which served me as a real-life MBA. I spent the first year diving deep into the Creator Economy, Audience Monetization, SaaS, Product, Sales, Raising Funds, Customer Support, and Business Development. 

Fangage raised a $2 Million seed round in April 2021.

Moved into an advisory role in October 2023 to focus more on other ventures and side-projects.

I had the privilege of contributing to a scientific study on Momentum Transfer (sounds more exciting than it actually was 😂)

- Assisted researchers with experiment design, data collection, and result analysis (that was fun)

During my teenage years, I was actively involved in the YouTube FIFA gaming creator scene.

Here's where my interest in the Creator Economy was born. 

- Achieved 2,000 subscribers within 3 months on my YouTube Gaming channel. 
- Worked as a freelance video editor for other YouTubers, with some edits reaching more than 100,000 views. 
- Founded a collective with other YouTubers (unfortunately short-lived).
- Grew and sold niche gaming Instagram accounts (how else was I supposed to make money for crypto?)

Hi, I’m Sinead!

Originally from Ireland and also half German, so I grew up speaking both English and German. I moved to the Netherlands in 2018 to study Psychology at the University of Groningen, a city that still feels like a second home. After graduating during COVID, I landed a job in Amsterdam and have been here ever since, building a life and career I genuinely enjoy.

I started out in recruitment, drawn to the people-focused nature of the work. But I always knew I wanted something more creative and strategic. I’ve long been fascinated by how people use social media to connect, communicate and influence. Without a marketing degree, but with a lot of curiosity and the right support, I pivoted into marketing. Working in a startup gave me room to experiment, fail, and figure things out

I was the first person hired at KIGYO after the founders, which meant I had a hand in shaping almost everything. Some of the projects I’ve led include:
- Developing a personality-based candidate evaluation system from scratch, using my psychology. background to create something structured and practical.
- Leading a full rebrand of KIGYO, from visual identity to tone of voice to comms strategy.
- Building a global network of senior renewable energy professionals.
- Organising events that connect our network, from roundtables to larger industry meet-ups.
- Produced weekly episodes of the REM Podcast to engage industry leaders.
- Launched our monthly industry newsletter with over 1000 subscribers: InsideREM.

Today, my role spans three main areas:
1. I help our consultants build personal brands on LinkedIn, creating tailored strategies for content and outreach
2. I manage our growing online community, keeping it active, valuable and relevant
3. I lead marketing campaigns across the company

Since joining KIGYO in 2021, I’ve grown alongside the business. I I’ve learned to adapt quickly, make decisions without needing all the answers, and bring clarity in fast-paced, dynamic situations. I’m known for being grounded, reliable, and outcome-focused.

Outside of work, I'm always up for trying new things! I love cycling, bikepacking, going to the gym, and (slowly) training for a half marathon. I also spend time reading and making things: crochet, embroidery, sewing, even clothes I actually wear. I’m always learning, always creating, and always pushing myself mentally, physically and professionally.
