Milestone Systems

Worked in a coordination role between regional subsidiaries and the corporate marketing team. This role included regular communication with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Australia and the US in order to coordinate corporate marketing deliverables for local events, trade shows and advertising. Additionally, I planned and managed an advertising budget of 1.7 million DKK and coordinated the delivery of corporate online and print advertising to the media. This role included a 4-month temporary relocation to the Singapore office.

Assisted the Head of Corporate Marketing with managing daily tasks, such as invoicing and project management of projects, including product launches. Additionally, helped re-launch the Milestone Systems corporate website with 100 percent new content on the EPiServer platform. My daily tasks included managing content on the EPiServer platform, writing and proofing marketing materials and other communication.

As Portfolio Manager in the Alternative Investments team at Lærernes Pension I am part of a six-person team managing the portfolio of funds and co-investments within Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, and Timberland/Natural Resources. During my time I have gained extensive experience with sourcing investments and all aspects of the due diligence process.
The goal is to grow Lærernes Pension's allocation towards Alternative Investments/Private Market from 15% in 2021 to 28% in 2028 making my job very busy and exciting meeting with lots of fund managers, both more experienced and emerging ones.
I strive to bring the knowledge gained from my prior experiences into every investment decision and make sure that Lærernes Pension only invests with managers contributing to a sustainable development. I am particularly proud of having been responsible for leading Lærernes Pension's first investment in a dedicated climate private equity fund, a $75 million commitment to a closed-ended growth-equity fund.

As a frontrunner within sustainable and impact investments, THE VELUX FOUNDATIONS was the right place to work for an ambitious young investment professional with a wish to change the 'license to operate' for fund and asset managers. My efforts were focused on sourcing investments, performing analyses and due diligence, as well as following up on existing investments
I consider myself fortunate to have been able to work towards THE VELUX FOUNDATIONS' target of investing 15% of the endowment in impact investments while proving investors do not need to compromise on risk or return when investing with a purpose.

Nordea Asset Management

At Nordea, I worked alongside the best team of portfolio managers on Danish Equities from whom I gained an exceptional skill set within investments. I was responsible for the financial modeling of the companies in the Danish banking sector, as well as several small-cap companies. Additionally, my job was to continuously improve these in order to provide better and deeper analyses to the portfolio managers. Furthermore, my responsibility was to maintain and develop tools in MS Excel and VBA to use in the investment decisions. This included streamlining the information and data flow, in order to make well informed investment decisions. Regular meetings with high level executives and analysts from various industries was an essential part of the job.

Assisting the route managers with analyzing booking and consumption reports in order to plan the best possible revenue results for each route. In addition, I assisted in the transition of the DFDS’ booking system, with specific focus on managing price levels and setting up capacity limitations.

Yield and Revenue Analyst 

Assisted the Group Treasurer and Cash Manager with managing daily tasks, including payments, project management and financial simulation. I also generating internal reports for financial overview, including cash and debt reports, and closing/opening bank accounts on behalf of the DFDS Group in multiple European banks in order to update the DFDS Cash Management setup. I was also responsible for producing and controlling Note 27 (Financial and Operational Risk) in the DFDS 2016 Annual Report. Furthermore, I assisted the Corporate Finance department with various investment projects and was an active part of the initial as well as final phases of acquisitions.
