Worked in a coordination role between regional subsidiaries and the corporate marketing team. This role included regular communication with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Australia and the US in order to coordinate corporate marketing deliverables for local events, trade shows and advertising. Additionally, I planned and managed an advertising budget of 1.7 million DKK and coordinated the delivery of corporate online and print advertising to the media. This role included a 4-month temporary relocation to the Singapore office.

I work with technical (frontend, backend, devops and design) teams and customer-facing (CX, Sales, Support, Marketing) teams to provide a product that continues to drive value to our customers around the world.

Product manager and owner of the Mono website builder, including all features, UI, UX and rendered websites (performance, load speed, security, accessibility, etc.). I worked closely with a UX team and a dedicated front-end development team to deliver the best possible platform for building websites - both for DIY and DIFM users (130.000+ paying users in total).

Additionally, I scoped out and delivered a range of other products/features, including a native cookie/consent feature (compliant with GDPR, CCPA, etc.), website templates, accessibility support (WCAG 2.0), and many others.

Designing and executing an education strategy for onboarding and retaining partners. Planning and executing training sessions (on-site and online), drawing on learning theory to improve learning outcomes and the overall customer service experience.

Conceptualizing and producing a comprehensive set of e-learning courses for our partners, helping improve the onboarding experience and reducing churn.

Responsible for redesigning the Mono Academy knowledge base that offers educational content supporting the product.

Tech-savvy Product Manager/Owner with many years of experience in both product management and instructional design.

Over the past few years, I’ve been heavily involved in SaaS-based software development projects, including product specification, product management and project management. I’m used to working in agile teams across departments and have applied both Scrum or Kanban project management frameworks.  

Here are some of the recent features and products I've taken from early-stage exploration to a release-ready, marketable product:

• Complete visual and UX makeover of a website builder software, including implementation of a new design system
• First fully automated GDPR compliance solution on the market for websites with zero setup for SMB users required. Powered through an integration with Cybot.
• Establishing the Mono website builder as industry-best when it comes to website load speed with our templates consistently scoring in the 95th percentile on Google PageSpeed Insights. This was achieved through leveraging technologies such as prefetching, deferred loading and WebP image conversion.
• Implementation of a hassle-free E-commerce solution for small business owners, powered by Ecwid.
• Implementation of full out-of-the-box WCAG 2.0 support on all websites built on the Mono Editor.
• Smooth deprecation of legacy products (this was definitely some of the most difficult work I ever did!)
