With over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I'm a passionate leader with a proven track record of success. For the past 11 years, I thrived as a Chick-fil-A Franchise Owner, consistently building high-performing teams and fostering vibrant company cultures.

My leadership resulted in achieving outstanding results, including being awarded Chick-fil-A's highest honor, the Symbol of Success Award, a record-breaking 6 times.  I also had the distinction of leading one of the company's fastest-growing restaurants for most of my career.

I possess a deep understanding of developing leaders at all levels and am skilled at building cohesive, motivated teams that consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
