I am a lifelong list-maker with over 15 years of experience managing projects. I have extensive experience in training, strategic operations, client relations, and task management while implementing process improvements. I am accomplished in communicating complex issues to teams while building unity, resolving conflicts, and accomplishing goals. I have a proven track record for establishing baselines, tracking projects, and improving project lifecycles while ensuring operational excellence.

I thrive when I can develop efficient ways to approach a problem. I especially enjoy finding ways to use technology to enhance experiences and provide meaningful solutions to customers.
With a focus on efficiency, strong communication skills, and objective-setting, I am able to break complicated processes into attainable chunks to work towards successful completion of a desired outcome. It is important to me to strive for continued improvement that incorporates user feedback as well as innovation and creative ideas to enhance future iterations of my work.

From my experience as a high school math teacher, I know what it is to be under deadlines, to find multiple ways to communicate an idea, and to work with all kinds of people.  As a project manager in the  telecom industry, I have found ways to not only improve processes on my team, but also to build bridges to other teams in the company to improve customer experiences all while delivering great customer service on schedule.

Outside of work you can find me with my family, our dog, and a good book.  I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching sports.
