I've traveled a lot in my life. One year in Switzerland, a few months in Costa Rica, a month is Western Africa, and a few weeks here and there around the globe. • Migrated a broken, ineffective database (Brivity) to Salesforce using Data Loader, cleaning 1,400 records with incomplete data in the process. 
• Designed, implemented, and documented automations to the team’s listing workflow via Flow and Process Builder, ensuring the team missed 0 listing contract deadlines 2018-2020.
• Created and maintained operational dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics, providing the sales team with visibility into KPIs and eliminating the old & inefficient data analytics spreadsheet.
• Used Salesforce reporting and filtered lists to systematically evaluate paid lead sources, discovering that Zillow leads had a negative ROI and ultimately saving $2k/month.
• Designed & deployed custom objects, continuously updating picklists, field dependencies, lookups, master-detail relationships, validations, and formula fields.
• Increased SFDC average object data quality from 75% to 90% by designing relevant, easy-to-understand custom Lightning apps, page layouts, record details, and validation rules.

• Administered Outreach.io, increasing individual agent productivity by ~25% by utilizing sequencing and sales coaching functionalities
