Responsible for the implementation and delivery of a cadetship programme to support Maori at SkyCity in partnership with Te Puni Kokiri - (Ministry of Maori Development). This role supports the delivery of the key contract objectives and deliverables as well as management of the relationships with our external partners.

Key objectives include cadet selection, individual training needs analysis and a learning and development programme of work. External providers will be engaged to support our cadets in line with their career plans, dreams and aspirations.

Other responsibilities included managing budgets, the creation of financial and progress reporting for internal and external stakeholders and leading the application process for future funding.

I was inspired to become a mortgage adviser after navigating the complex process of buying my own home, and now I specialise in a wide range of services, including residential and investment property loans, refinancing existing lending, loan structuring and lender negotiation. I’m also extremely passionate about helping first home buyers get onto the property ladder for themselves and future generations. 

When I'm not hard at work, I’m spending quality time with my wife and two young sons who are intent on teaching me new life lessons each and every day. I’m also a big league fan and I’m pleased to confirm that this year is definitely the Warriors year, maybe.
