Individual Leadership Coaching
The core of my coaching practice is custom created individual coaching engagements, with a focus on coaching men who are committed to becoming better leaders in business and life. Not a leader, think again, leadership is not a title or a position, but a calling to step into every area of life with intentionality and influence for the benefit of yourself and those around you.  

This is not a one size fits all program, instead, my clients and I co-create a coaching engagement focused on acknowledging where they are currently and identifying where they want to be in the future.  Each engagement is designed based on the needs and desires of the client and can vary in length from a single day topic specific session to a regular cadenced twelve-month engagement. 

Group Coaching
Group coaching engagements focus on small groups of individuals with a common thread running through their lives. With group coaching engagements, session topics are defined ahead of time and there is usually pre and post session work required of the participants. The power of group coaching is in the shared learning which develops amongst the group, as each session provides a chance for the group to grow in their relationship to each other, deepen trust through agreed upon group commitments, and the encouragement and empathy shared between the group participants. 

Team Workshops
Focused on topics including Productivity, Communication, and Team Development, team workshops are either a full or partial day, and in most cases involve a pre-workshop assessment to be completed by each participant. With the variety of work options in today’s professional environment, leaders need to be intentional when it comes to building and developing cohesive teams. Remote and hybrid working arrangements have changed the dynamics of work, yet healthy interpersonal relationships and productive teams are still a requirement for any organization to compete and thrive in today’s market.

My passion for coaching comes from recognizing the value I’ve realized from others speaking into my life, challenging my perspectives, and holding me accountable to the actions and commitments needed to turn my vision into reality.  With no agendas, no ulterior motives, and no attachment to the results, these individuals were focused on guiding me through the process of defining what I wanted to achieve in life, developing a plan to get there, then challenging and encouraging me throughout the process. It’s through these relationships that I came to recognize the impact coaching can have in all areas of my life. 

As a leadership coach, I challenge my clients to envision the future they desire to create, guide them through developing a plan to get them there, then co-create the structures, actions, and accountability needed to turn their vision into reality. When appropriate, I share my own experiences and stories with my clients, as I recognize transparency, authenticity, and trust must be shared by both parties to foster an open and productive coaching relationship.

Leveraging real life experience as a leader, both personally and professionally, and utilizing the skills I have developed as a coach, such as intentional curiosity, deep questioning, and perceptive listening, I bring a practical perspective to my coaching. A perspective focused on supporting my clients in gaining clarity of purpose and becoming the best versions of themselves. A few of the words my clients have used to describe my coaching style are genuine, insightful, thought provoking, creative, adaptive, and calm. 

With each engagement, I bring all of who I am, my gifts, talents, experiences, successes, and failures, into the coaching relationship and in service to my clients. Creating space for others to show up without fear of judgement or criticism, and building a connection that allows them to process through whatever situation they are facing as they journey toward the life they desire to live and success they are committed to achieving.
