Almost 357K impressions in one year. No viral posts. Just intention and consistency.

And no, I wasn’t even posting every day. Because even when I tried, it was hard.

I had one viral post back in 2024 that spiked my reach. In 2025, my impressions were only 8.2% behind, without relying on virality.

To me, that’s the real metric that matters.

It tells me this: When you show up consistently with content that actually means something to your network, the momentum compounds.

Here’s what worked for me in 2025:
1.  Sharing stories from my POV: projects, people, side quests, and quiet reflections
2. Building relationships through comments, DMs, and eventually real-life conversations
3. Showing up consistently, even when it wasn’t perfect or frequent

And for 2026?
Same approach.

Just doubling down on intentionality.
And making sure my own “content engine” is sustainable for me.

Because the best thing you can do on LinkedIn isn’t going viral. It’s showing up, again and again, saying the same message in hundreds of different wayss, until people know what you stand for.

Everyone’s talking about AI. Fewer people are talking about judgement.
After researching trends, leading marketing in tech, and pressure-testing ideas in real work, that sentence kept coming back to me.

Yes, we’ll have more tools.
Yes, we’ll automate faster.

But the real differentiator in 2026 will be decision-making:

•  What not to publish
•  What not to attend
