Coaching should not make you dependent on your coach
A lot of leaders think coaching is about getting answers.

A real 1:1 isn’t casual chatter. It’s a weekly coaching ritual. Fifteen to twenty minutes. Same agenda. Clear commitments. You give clarity on what matters and real-time feedback on how they’re doing.

Run this 1:1:
