As the company's first employee, I helped with the entire website copy, including product descriptions (for +500 toys, games and creative materials).

I also handled the first orders and was actively involved in bringing in 5 new brands. That included 2 trips to Spielwarenmesse (Nurnberg Toy Fair) in 2019 and 2020, as well as Frankfurt's CreativeWorld in 2020.

I then added the role of Senior Purchase Officer to my attributions. In plain English, I discovered and brought in another 15 new brands. I created a compatibility filter for contacting new brands. Then I crafted some email templates for our initial contact and for our first order. I templated and automated everything I could. 

I created and seasonally updated our customer Thank You letter, which was our most appreciated asset, mentioned by every single client.

I crafted and carried out satisfaction surveys. I wrote social media captions and posts. I created the brand's company culture manual.

And I also did the dirty work in the meantime (primary bookkeeping, legal docs, managing assistant tasks, project management tasks, field sales rep demos, training new employees, swiping the floor and wetting the flowers)
