The most common question I've been asked is.

How much should I charge? 

There are a few formulas you can determine how much you should charge.

1. Based on your salary.
If you had a job, what would be your salary?

Let's take $10k/ month.

1 month = 176 working hours.
10,000/176 = ~56$/ hour

Now, you check how many hours you're going to put to work. and multiply it by your per-hour rate.


2. Based on your product.

Let's say you are a designer.
You charge $20 for a carousel.

Now, client wants to hire you for monthly price.

Monthly price = $20 x number of carousel

I suggest you to give 5-10% disccount, as this going to be a long project.

First framwork is usually the best one.

Do not underprice yourself, because of your location.

Price yourself based on your skills.

LinkedIn's algorithm is easier than ever right now.

Not because it’s dumbed down.
But because it’s finally clear about what it wants.

You don’t need trendy topics or viral hooks.

LinkedIn is quietly promoting three things:
• Real expertise
• Personal context
• Practical learning

That’s it.

The platform’s current system (often called the “360 brew”) doesn’t care how flashy your topic is.

It watches how people behave around your post

Do they stop scrolling?
Do they save it?
Do they read?

If yes, it spreads.

That’s why experts are winning again.

But people who share:
– What they’re working on
– What they learned the hard way

Personal content isn’t about oversharing.

It’s about adding context to knowledge.
For example:
 • Here’s what I tried.
 • Here’s what didn’t work.
 • Here’s what I’d change next time.

That’s learning. credibility.
That’s algorithm-friendly.

LinkedIn boosts posts that help someone think more clearly after reading.

If you feel like you have “nothing to post,” that’s usually not true.

You’re just sitting on lessons you haven’t turned into language yet.

PS: One honest lesson can easily become 3–5 strong posts if you frame it right.

The most common mistake creators make while doing research is.

They think a post with 1000 likes is a viral post.

If lara get 1000 likes or someone with a million followers gets 1200 likes, it doesn't mean they are going viral every day. 

That's their average numbers.

They consider more likes as virality, 
But virality is an outlier. 

for example. 

If my average likes on posts is 150 and one of my post get 500, that's the viral post. 

Even 100 likes can be viral for someon whos average likes is 15. 

When you sit for research, 

Look for outliers, not for more numbers.

7000 followers didn’t scare me.
Losing engagement did.
A few months ago, my likes dropped by 40%.

Same posting frequency.
Same effort.
Better content (or so I thought).

That’s when I realised something most creators miss:

Engagement doesn’t drop because you’re inconsistent.
It drops because you’ve outgrown your old content.

I made some strong decisions.
1️⃣ I stopped posting for “everyone.”
Visibility is easy. Relevance is harder.
I rewired my content to speak directly to C-suite leaders & creators who want results, not motivation.

2️⃣ I replaced random posts with systems.
Hooks → frameworks → proof → soft CTA.
Every post had a job, not just a message.

3️⃣ I focused on conversion signals, not vanity metrics.
Saves. DMs. Profile clicks.
Those tell you if trust is being built, likes don’t.

The irony?

When I stopped chasing engagement…
Engagement came back stronger and with inbound leads attached.

If you’re posting consistently but feel invisible, your content isn’t broken. It’s just not designed to attract the right people.

🟡 That’s not bad, doing more comments is fine.
🟡 But what if you could just join a community
🟡 Instead of an engagement pod?

Why don’t you guys build something sustainable?
🟢 Something where you can share experiences.
🟢 Something where you can teach and learn.

Instead of just chasing more engagement.
🟢 Learn how to make more money.
🟢 Learn how to grow your LinkedIn sustainably.

It takes at least 1-2 minute to leave a comment.
If you do 60 comments a day, that’s one hour daily.

Instead, you could give one hour to a community.
One hour for teaching and learning.

I’m talking about one hour a week.
Use the rest of your time to write better.

Engage with fewer people, but the right ones.
Engagement pods may give you more likes.

🟡 But they won’t give you the skills you need.
🟡 They won’t give you the money you want.

And if LinkedIn suspects you’re using pods
You’re gone.
🟢 You’d be better off stopping the risk
🟢 And starting to build something real.

Here’s the framework I use (and teach clients):

1️⃣ Post what helps your ICP today
- Not theory. Not inspiration.
- Practical help they can use this week.

If it doesn’t reduce confusion or save time, it won’t convert.

2️⃣ Share your process (not just opinions)
- Anyone can say “consistency matters.”
- Very few show how they’re consistent.

Processes signal competence. Competence builds trust. Trust creates inbound DMs.

3️⃣ Talk about results, not vague goals
- Helping people grow is invisible.
- Helped a creator get 4 inbound leads with 1,200 followers, is memorable.

Specific outcomes cut through noise.
When you do this, something shifts.

Your content stops attracting peers…
And starts attracting buyers.

If your LinkedIn feels busy but not profitable,
it’s probably not a consistency problem.
It’s a content intent problem.

Which one are you focusing on right now?
