In my career I’ve established myself as a catalyst for progress and innovation. In my primary capacity, I’ve had success leading revenue management teams driving revenue and performance growth through innovative pricing strategies, system optimization, and improved channel distribution; in addition to overseeing new market/property launches. 

In leading my teams, I naturally found it necessary to establish myself as a systems expert. This expertise has enabled me to take on the responsibility of systems management and oversee related processes; system migrations, on-boardings, and troubleshooting issues. Already being relied on for my systems prowess I sought to further empower my organizations by leveraging the systems’ data. I utilized my self-taught coding capabilities to connect these systems, building out databases and business intelligence tools to empower the organizations with portfolio performance reporting and KPI tracking. 

Being such a crucial cog for my organizations, I’ve had to leverage my own self-starter mindset to formulate cross-functional processes and generate strong communication skills with internal, and external, stakeholders. My experiences have allowed me to employ my learned best practices to enable more productive, efficient, and supported organizations.
