Together with NAVA’s Creative Director we have managed to put the company on the map, with creative choices going against the old ways of the maritime industry. In late February I joined Business Development unit and researched ways to diversify NAVA’s portfolio using in-house talent. Additionally, I was involved in digital product development (two web pages) – as a growth marketer I worked with NAVA’s UX Designer on user research methods, prototyping, product strategy and user research analysis.

At Evenea I managed to grow the online presence of one of the leading Polish online ticketing platforms (with educational projects like Evenea’s Academy and lectures on event marketing and industry) and served as an account manager for numerous B2B clients (from business, marketing and culture sectors). I not only nurtured the relationships but also suggested various growth strategies using Evenea’s products. I also researched worldwide competition and prepared Business Development strategies for Evenea’s new owners to diversify ways of income for the company in B2B sectors (for NA and EMEA regions).

The goal for our team was to make Olivia Business Centre into a model example of “the” future Business Centre – not only in terms of office space, but also as a benchmark for wellbeing and a concept of “third place” (a term coined by Ray Oldenburg). With my team, we managed to alter the concept with various projects, connected to the offline and online activities of OBC. We were involved in programmes that were rooted in social listening/CSR and provided the employees not only with numerous activities to participate in, but also a sense of belonging.

Hi! I’m 'frota’ and currently, I’m Head of Strategic Research at Zaiks Lab where we conduct researches on music, sound and entertainment’s future with a focus on distribution, licensing, royalities and overall condition of the market. 

Previous positions include Insights & Trade Strategist at G2A.com, Game Analyst at Outlier Ventures and positions connected with data analytics translation and digital marketing, where was involved in tech, market, entertainment, web3 & gaming-oriented strategic research. And since 2024, I teach „Future gaming and digital entertainment” as a part of „Trendwatching & future studies” at Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza in Cracow.

I’ve done video game market analytics (casual and niche gaming) with a focus on digital assets (e.g. NFTs, digital fashion, blockchain gaming).

Web 3, Digital Assets (digital economies, NFTs, in-game items etc.), internet communities (from meme creators to DAOs), memetics, technoculltism and the future of gaming are the main focus of my current research. Apart from that, I’m constantly studying Composable Culture, a term I use to describe the mixture that is the future of entertainment, gaming, and digital culture mixed with concepts such as AI, Web3, and Creator Economy. Additionally, I advise startups, give lectures and appear in the media.

I’m also the co-host of „Wycinki z przyszłości” , a podcast about trends & tech, the author of the first Polish newsletter on Web3 culture, called „Digital Data Glitch” and lead writer on NetspherePop, a collection of thoughts on Composable Culture.
