I transform companies into high growth businesses

Since I am not the best at promoting myself, I decided to write a poem instead.

If I'm going to be egocentric, I might as well have it rhyme, right?

Jeff was born in Philly,
But don’t think that makes him silly,
He grew up outside of New York,
And was 32 before he ever tasted pork.

But none of that is info you will care about,
It’s his mind for business that makes people want to shout,
He’s got more insights than most people dream about,
There’s nothing more he loves than helping other people out.

He’s an avid problem solver, that’s what he knows,
His focus is on helping executives grow,
He’s a results-driven leader who helps make you more money,
Like he’s done for Citi, Nestle, Gannett, Omnicom and Sony.

He’s a 3x entrepreneur and successful corporate leader,
He’s part coach, part therapist, and a tiny part teacher.
He’s been called a “leader’s leader”, which is quite nice,
He’s really easy to talk to if you want some advice.

So let’s wrap up this poem, it’s gone on long enough,
The point that I’m making shouldn’t be too tough,
If you want creativity and smarts and the secrets to growth,
You should talk to Jeff, it will benefit us both.

Run Madtown

Run Madtown is an annual Half Marathon, 10K & 5K festival held in Madison, Wisconsin, over Memorial Day weekend. The event weekend is a great way to kick off the running season with a fun and festive atmosphere.
Starting and finishing in the heart of the UW Madison campus ,all three courses take a tour of the City of Madison including the Arboretum, Henry Vilas Zoo, The Capitol Building and Lake Mendota showcasing all that is unique and wonderful about Madison.

Fort2Base Race

Created in 2010, the Fort2Base Race offers participants a choice of two events, a 10 nautical mile (11.5 miles) distance which will begin at historic Fort Sheridan and end at Great Lakes Naval Station via the spectacular Green Bay Trail or the 3 Nautical Mile (3.45 miles) that takes place entirely within the private expanses of Great Lakes Naval Station.  Both courses offer participants a unique glimpse into beautiful scenic vistas of the North Shore as well as the magnificence of Illinois’ great military encampments.  

Directly following the races, participants, their families, sponsors, charities and community partners are invited to partake in an array of activities and festivities at the Post Race Party.  Obstacle courses and jousting tournaments will provide fun for all ages while military relics and equipment (tanks, cannons, model ships and aviation equipment) will provide the backdrop for music, marching and refreshments.  

Fort 2 Base Race is dedicated to producing the very highest quality event experience possible including:

HOSPITAL HILL RUN INC

Hospital Hill Run is the oldest road race in Kansas City and one of the five oldest half marathons in the country. First held in 1974 with a field of 99 runners, Hospital Hill Run has grown in size and stature in the ensuing years, recently being named one of the top races in the country by Runner’s World magazine.  Past competitors include Olympic gold medalists Frank Shorter and Billy Mills, running legends Bill Rodgers and Jim Ryun, as well as over 125,000 ordinary Kansas and Missouri citizens running for the challenge, fun and fitness.   In the last 6 years Hospital Hill Run has grown over 265%.
 
Hospital Hill Run is comprised of a weekend of fun including: a two day health and fitness expo, pasta party, a half marathon (13.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles), 5K (3.1 miles), a wheelchair event (all distances), a one of a kind charity program and a great post-race party that include beer, music and food.
 
In 2008 the Hospital Hill Run team created a new charity program that allowed organizations of all sizes and interests to raise funds in a fun and exciting way, by taking part in one of three amazing events. Sixteen charities joined in our inaugural year bringing over 200 participants to the event and raising over $50,000 for their respective causes.  In the past 5 years there have been 2,188 charity participants, 1,283 charity volunteers who have raised $808,818 for their respective causes.
 
In 2012 Hospital Hill Run had just under 8,000 total participants, 57% of our participants are female, 81% come from the KC Metro area, 94% from Kansas or Missouri and over 60% of all participants are between the ages of 25 – 44 years old.
