I transform companies into high growth businesses

Since I am not the best at promoting myself, I decided to write a poem instead.

If I'm going to be egocentric, I might as well have it rhyme, right?

Jeff was born in Philly,
But don’t think that makes him silly,
He grew up outside of New York,
And was 32 before he ever tasted pork.

But none of that is info you will care about,
It’s his mind for business that makes people want to shout,
He’s got more insights than most people dream about,
There’s nothing more he loves than helping other people out.

He’s an avid problem solver, that’s what he knows,
His focus is on helping executives grow,
He’s a results-driven leader who helps make you more money,
Like he’s done for Citi, Nestle, Gannett, Omnicom and Sony.

He’s a 3x entrepreneur and successful corporate leader,
He’s part coach, part therapist, and a tiny part teacher.
He’s been called a “leader’s leader”, which is quite nice,
He’s really easy to talk to if you want some advice.

So let’s wrap up this poem, it’s gone on long enough,
The point that I’m making shouldn’t be too tough,
If you want creativity and smarts and the secrets to growth,

Systems Engineer

• Successfully led the engineering and integration of marine navigation systems, ensuring seamless performance.  Mastered interfacing of navigation systems including autopilot, radar, sonar, satellite compasses, GPS, multi-function displays, and a wide range of sensors. Played a pivotal role in ensuring maritime vessels remained on course and could always access vital data.

• Specialized in the engineering of electrical power systems for uninterrupted operation. Ensured safe and efficient installation of solar, battery banks, inverters, and chargers to support a wide range of electrical needs.

• Engineered and integrated an extensive range of communication tools, from VHF and HF radios to AIS transponders, satellite communication systems, satellite TV, LTE mobile routers, mini-VSAT broadband and associated antennas. Enabling customers to remain seamlessly connected, whether they were near or far from shore.

• Served as a key point of contact for technical support, offering expert solutions to challenges. Proficiency in troubleshooting, ensuring optimal functionality of marine systems.

Todd was born into a family of proud US Navy sailors; he’s the grandson of a yeoman who served in WWII and the son of a mineman who served aboard SWIFT boats in Vietnam, later becoming a commercial Dungeness crab fisherman after the war ended. 

He spent his early years aboard the boat assisting his father with the installation of marine navigation systems and electrical power systems. 

While experiencing homelessness during financial hardship he lived aboard vessels to get by; his exemplary leadership in the maritime industry is complimented by an uncommon level of resilience and mental toughness.

His passion for national security and defense is matched only by his desire to protect our nation's maritime border, ports and waterways from threats both foreign and domestic.

He's currently working as a systems engineer at his family's business, Fleck's Marine and is open to new opportunities which will further the development of his professional career.
