Jeffrey Tjendra

25-year career encompassing entrepreneurship, leadership, business analysis, project management, IT Audit, consulting, pre-sales, technical support, IT operations, product & software development, and training. Extensive experience in big data, data science, data engineering, graphics design, UI/UX, app/web dev, e-commerce, ERP software (SAP), supply chain systems, Material Management systems (Intergraph / AVEVA), and financial reporting applications. Worked in renowned MNCs such as Technip, ExxonMobil, T-Systems (consultant for Shell), al rajhi and Citibank. Certified in SIRIM Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and HRDF TTT (Train-The-Trainer). Hands on with tools and tech such as Figma, Adobe suites, AWS, Python, Tableau, & Power BI. Currently, I am in road maintenance industry, so technologies focus such as AI, enterprise GIS + 3D mapping + drones for operations/monitoring.

Since I worked for a couple of MNC companies, I used to work remotely, corresponding to global partners and customers. Most of my work operated based in Malaysia. I traveled for short work assignments in the USA, UK, France, Canada, Australia, UAE, Oman, China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore. 

When I’m not on the job, you’ll most definitely find me at downtown KL, the beach, or backpacking the unexplored regions of South East Asia. I also do a lot of café hopping, drawing (oil painting/charcoal/watercolor) and perform street photography. I am also part of fine art artist in Bali, Indonesia.
