Main Duties:
October  2013 to February 2019 

Change management (impact analysis, tracking, planning, implementation, system release and monitoring)
Engineering change management coordination between production plant, pilot plant and development.
Part of the BMW F30 team which won an award for the most performing new project globally. I was responsible for the project planning and change management.
Transfer of VW PQ25 Project from South Africa to Botswana. I was responsible for the  Project management, coordination of equipment transfer, assembly line setup and plant layout.
Launching of the new VW270 project. I was responsible for production support, project plan, supervision of sample build team, setup, coordination of engineering changes, risk analysis, planning, budgeting and progress reporting.
Initiated and facilitated the inter plants change management workshop (came up with the best strategies for change management, which improved the overall plant performance, efficiency and saved the company 2 million BWP in 6 months.
