I had to figure out solutions to about 10-15 "problems" that no one in the world had solved.
Then I had to get those "solutions" to work in tandem with each other.

I've built 17 business-level softwares/MVPs solo.
I've designed/led over 300 softwares.

Without AI, the rough "time compression" is that it takes me ~1 week to build what would typically take a team 6-8 months.

This means that if you've spent the last 6-8 working with a software development agency to push out an MVP, there's a STRONG chance that I'd be able to release a Live, functional, working version in about 1 week.

What's the "BIG SECRET" of how I do this? (people ask that a lot)

There's no "secret"...

Yes, I spent more than a decade designing databases.
I spent more than a decade designing User Experiences.
More than a decade designing software systems.
Almost 2 decades testing software.
I understand Business and have done plenty of Sales.

I know how to ask the right questions AT THE BEGINNING, to nail down the Requirements at step 1, to have a clear idea of what needs to be built.

And then how to translate that - without "Broken Telephone" - into a clear Technical Blueprint of what to build.

✋ Don't sign an SBA loan term sheet before asking these questions first...

Not all SBA lenders operate the same way. Some close deals. Some issue term sheets and then decline you 6 weeks later. A few questions upfront can save you months of wasted time.

Questions worth asking every time:

🏦 Are you a PLP (Preferred Lender Program) lender?
PLP lenders can approve SBA loans in-house. Non-PLP lenders need SBA to sign off, which adds time and uncertainty. Both can work, but you should know which you're dealing with.

⏱️ What's your average time from term sheet to close?
Anything from 45 to 90 days is normal depending on deal complexity. If they can't give you a straight answer, that's a signal.

📊 What percentage of term sheets actually close?
This one matters. Some lenders approve liberally at the term sheet stage and then decline during underwriting. A lender with a high "pull-through rate" has tighter upfront screening, which means fewer surprises later.

👤 Who's my point of contact through closing?
Will you be working with a dedicated loan officer or getting bounced around? Deals die when communication breaks down.

📋 What are your requirements beyond SBA minimums?
SBA sets floors, but individual lenders often add their own requirements for equity injection, collateral, or experience. Find out now, not after you've committed.

👤 Has credit vetted my deal?
Did actual decision makers on the credit team approve the term sheet?  Did they even look at the deal yet?  The more vetting that's already been done by actual credit officers who make decisions, the better.

💡 A good lender will answer these without hesitation. If they get defensive or vague, that tells you something too...
