Built an innovation team from the ground up and defined the Minimum Viable Product.  Leveraged the use of R, Python, and SQL to extract and scrub source data.

	Optimized annual project streams for north American deployments ranging up to $1B. 

	Advised the team and business on experimental design, feature selection/engineering, choice of algorithm and other factors to optimize models and algorithms.
