Business Development Manager

As Country Manager for VAEKST, I have advanced from my previous role as Business Development Manager to take on broader responsibilities, focusing on strategic growth and operational leadership for the Swedish market.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales and Strategy: Leading both inbound and outbound sales processes, including market segmentation, lead generation, and CRM management, ensuring that our sales efforts align with company goals and market needs.

Team Leadership and Development: Managing and developing the Swedish team, providing coaching and support to ensure they achieve their targets and perform at their best. I also conduct development talks to foster growth and talent management.

Financial Management: Overseeing the financial performance of VAEKST AB, managing budgets, invoicing, and salary payments, while collaborating with accountants to ensure profitability and business growth.

Operational Management and Partnerships: Handling day-to-day operations, including office management and procurement, while establishing strategic partnerships to support long-term growth.

As Country Manager, I focus on both strategic and operational aspects to drive VAEKST's success in Sweden, with an emphasis on sales, leadership, and financial growth.

As Business Development Manager at VAEKST Group, my role focuses on driving growth through structured, goal-oriented initiatives. Since joining in February 2021, I’ve led several strategic projects, including a successful collaboration with a carbon management software provider, where we implemented customized outbound sales sequences that led to significant lead generation. As a Business Development Consultant at VAEKST, I was responsible for driving outbound sales activities and creating business opportunities for our clients in the Nordic region. This role was focused on hands-on sales efforts and contributing to both customer success and internal process improvements.

Key responsibilities included:

Outbound Sales: Conducting outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to relevant decision-makers, generating leads and business opportunities for our clients.

Sales Pipeline Management: Managing my own sales pipeline and tracking progress through CRM systems like HubSpot, ensuring accurate data logging and analysis.
