I gained a promotion into this role on the basis of my previous project management experience and my work at RLA for The Trade Parts Specialists (part of Volkswagen Group UK). Particularly for my part in the successful delivery of two secure bespoke online applications. One being a data management and analyis tool which is has improved efficiency for their business and saved hundreds of hours of manual spreadsheet work and the other being a re-launch of an existing incentive platform which has improved user engagement through the design of a more intuitive user experience.

Although currently working on exciting projects in partnership with Volvo and on existing work with The Trade Parts Specialists and other local clients, I'm also looking forward to working on a number of other upcoming projects we'll be delivering at RLA this year.

My Senior Account Manager role at RLA was dedicated to the day to day management and delivery of a highly successful below the line national trade marketing programme for the B2B automotive parts operation of Volkswagen Group UK.

Beginning life at RLA as a Marketing Co-ordintor for the same client, I demonstrated ability to add value and a hunger to deliver and, in recognition of this, was promoted to both Account Manager and then Senior Account Manager in my time on the account.

Previously, I led operations at the award-winning tech-for-good agency 3 Sided Cube, where I had a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence. My leadership has consistently transformed organisations, from streamlining operations to building effective, people-focused teams. Throughout my career, I've been committed to using creativity and technology to create positive social impact, and my ambitions for the future involve using my position to amplify positive stories across the industrial sector, and shape the future of marketing and business strategy across industrial technology and manufacturing.

In my role as Commercial Director of market research agency, ImpactSense, I am responsible for building and delivering on a strategy for marketing and sales that will allow the business to keep moving from strength to strength.

In my role as Commercial Director at Beatfreeks I led and held accountability for the Sales and Marketing function. Focused on making sure the business hit its sales and revenue targets, bringing in new business, and building long-term relationships with clients and organisations.

As General Manager at Beatfreeks, my role is to lead, manage and hold accountability for the sales and marketing function as well as pull together the other functions of the business to ensure a smooth running ship that’s moving towards our yearly target. I have oversight of all areas of the business and report directly into the CEO and board of Directors.

Jackdaw

Between 2011 and 2018 I was the Producer, and one of the founding members, of theatre company Jackdaw. The company formed to present a sell out run of 'The Goodnight Bird' by award winning Canadian playwright, Colleen Murphy, at the Finborough Theatre in May 2011. Since then, Jackdaw have produced a number of productions including, the northern, feminist classic, 'Hindle Wakes' also at the Finborough Theatre (nominated for 5 Off Westend awards including Best Production and an Ian Charleston Award for Best Actress), a co-production with Tara Arts to present Abhishek Majumdar's beautiful 'Harlesden High Street', an Ovalhouse seed commission of our original production 'TEN WOMEN' which was later transferred to the Avignon OFF Festival, and a number of 'Tell Tales' events created by Jackdaw to encourage and support cross artform collaborations (presented at The Bussey Building, VAULT Festival, and Rich Mix in London).

Pleasance Theatre Trust

As the Associate Producer at the Pleasance Theatre Trust I was responsible for maintaining, and developing the Pleasance's various artist development initiatives, and producing regular in-house events. Within my role at the Pleasance I also supported and fed into the Theatre Programme in both London and Edinburgh.

My role also involved driving the business needs of the Pleasance both in London and in Edinburgh. As a supporting part of the Programming department, my role connected all departments in the Pleasance in order to further expand the business opportunities and revenues both on our stages and in the rehearsal rooms.
