I appreciate the entire StoneEagle team for playing such an integral role in our FORWARD Women in Leadership Luncheon in Las Vegas.

It was held as National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) closed a successful event, everyone was both exhilarated by the activity of their time, but fair to say, exhausted- and ready to head home.

What we were able to offer this large group of women leaders and executives was a professional opportunity to examine their career's current status, how to increase their own impact as a leader for their people, their performance and the health and profitability of their companies. 

Finally, I was able to share how all of my experience helps others just like them propel their careers forward, faster, with the same strategic thinking and calculated steps I employ with growing their businesses. 

It all clicked.

Our guests got it- and they had the opportunity to discuss all of these guided conversation points with their peer set- women who have been there just like them, and together they can help ideate, encourage and create connections towards greater futures- for all.

Maybe we can't 'have it all'.
But I know that talented and tenured women still have so much more they can contribute-and receive-and I will help them capture much, much more.
