Since 2007, I have dedicated my life to researching, building, and implementing processes for triple-digit growth in B2B startups. I focused on consulting and fractional executive work to have a laboratory for testing strategies across 242 clients. 

In that time, I have been fortunate to work with the fastest growing unicorn startups in the world. I databased insights, analyzed processes and team behavior, and started enough cross functional growth teams from scratch to know how to help them skip the steep learning curve.

• Managing and coordinating an international experimentation program across 9 European countries for the most renowned eyeglasses retailer worldwide
• Lead and develop the CRO roadmap aimed at growing revenues and profits of 11 e-commerce.

• Developed and executed the Growth Marketing Plan aimed at surging e-commerce sales of ScuolaZoo travel trips     
• Built and supervises CRM automations in order to execute growth programs such as referral campaigns, upselling strategies and abandoned-cart-email sequences (tools: Active Campaign, Zapier)
• Collected and analyzed website data through quantitative research to determine funnel leaks and optimisation opportunities (tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Gathered qualitative data through session recordings, website surveys, pools and users testing in order to understand users behaviours and reduce friction (tools: Hotjar, Qualaroo)

• Coordinated an outstanding team of 7 superpower marketing talents composed by content marketing specialists, graphic designers, videomakers and digital advertising specialists
• Executed the ScuolaZoo Viaggi marketing plan and brainstormed new and creative growth strategies in order to bring young high school students to enjoy the best holiday of their life 
• Planned, supervised and approved all the organic and paid social media content of ScuolaZoo Viaggi 
• Designed landing pages with lead generation forms and built a/b tests in order to optimize conversion rate
• Developed and executed the ScuolaZoo E-commerce Marketing plan aimed at selling branded merchandise online such as school diaries, notebooks and cheating tools to young students
